Wastewater Treatment Expansion
Existing System Nearing Rated Capacity
The Municipality is initiating a planning process to expand the wastewater treatment system. The existing system is nearing its rated capacity for wastewater flows and treatment. Measures must be taken to ensure adequate capacity exists for future demands and growth in the municipality.
The project is proceeding under Schedule C of the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment process. The first public information session was held on February 6th. To access the information presented at this public meeting click here.
